Sea buckthorn has been used for thousands of years as a natural remedy against various ailments. It is extracted from the berries, leaves, and seeds of the sea buckthorn plant (Hippophae rhamnoides), which is a small shrub that grows at high altitudes in the northwest Himalayan region.
This herb grows on the thorny bushes in Leh in the region around Sindh river, where the temperature is from (-40C) to (+35C) and the oxygen level becomes quite low, but God has kept Himalayan Berry full of Oxygen so that people can fulfill their requirement of oxygen by its use.
